*ATHLETES WILL COMPLETE A FULL ROUND BEFORE SWITCHING TO THE NEXT TEAMMATE.

**EVERY 6 ROUNDS (2 PER ATHLETE) THE LOAD ON THE CLEAN & JERKS INCREASES BY 20# FOR THE MALES AND 10# FOR THE LADIES.
