***IMPORTANT OPEN INFO***
Here are a few notes for the Open...take heed:
1. YOU CAN STILL SIGN UP FOR THE OPEN!
2. Every CFS athlete that has signed up for the open (and remember, you can still sign up) needs to make sure they participate and enter a score for every workout. All 5 workouts. If you don't, Big Josh comes to see you.
3. It is your responsibility to enter your score. Tal validates, but you have to enter in your score. Contact Tal if you need help with that...probably because you are old and don't know how this new interweb works.
4. YES, you can do the workouts more than once as long as that final score is entered before Monday night at 8PM. Only your best/highest score is counted.
5. We will be doing the workouts on Fridays as the regularly scheduled METCON for that day. The weekend open gym sessions are also a great time to do or re-do an Open workout. Mondays are NOT a good day to do your Open workout. Actually, Mondays...lets just say Mondays are out unless you have an awesome excuse and you get with Tal ahead of time ("ahead of time" means prior to Sunday night).
6. Hammer through these workouts. Just because you aren't in the Top 3 for CFS for a particular workout doesn't mean that we won't have to use your score when the individual invites go out for the Regionals.
7. YOU CAN STILL SIGN UP!
SUMMARY: Sign up, do all of the workouts, enter your scores, no Mondays, hammer it hard, enter your score, sign up, stay delicious.
