NEW CFS ATHLETES - INDOC CLASS 13-07B

Indoc Class 13-07B finished up this afternoon and we've got 8 new athletes joining up with Team CFS. Not the biggest group we've had, but awesome none the less. Nate, Nicki, Zac, Cayce, Brett and Joel teamed up and coached this crew through the weekend. Again...a pretty diverse group...Oneal just became our first member over 60 (he moves better than most 20 year olds), we've got a high school athlete from Oakbrook, more chicks with tattoos (can't ever get enough of that), a pastor, Kerry works 2 cubicles down from Grace (5AM), a Dorman grad with a better tan than Nate, and Tim is back for round 2. Welcome to the best dadgum gym in the 'Burg!

TEAM CFS - GREENVILLE GAMES

Team CFS had 35 athletes compete this weekend at the Greenville Games. We wound up with 4 Top 10 finishes, a second place finish, a third place finish, 2 first place finishes, TONS of PRs on the MAX Clean, and 2 first time competitors (Carl M and Lauren P). Couldn't be more proud of our athletes. HUGE thanks to the Team CFS spectator crew that always rolls deep and always rolls loud. More pics are on the FB page.
