Aaron P will be conducting the 3rd and final (for now) installment of his Powerlifting mini-seminar/series starting this Saturday (September 19th) at 8AM for CFS Athletes.

Yup, we're gonna turn the world upside down. Benching is an awesome tool to add to your bag and Big Aaron P gots some knowledge to drop on you that will make you a better overall athlete.
