Asa Brown...20 years old, 2x Atlantic Regional Athlete (Team CFS 2015 and Individual 2016), Fittest Man in South Carolina 2016, finished 16th at the 2016 Atlantic Regional with 2 Top 10 event finishes and built like the Greek God of Meatballs. COPPER RIVER "GET FIT" MENU

The folks over at Copper River in Boiling Springs invited a few of the coaches over on Wednesday to try out their "Get Fit" menu options. If you follow Paleo, Zone, Keto, Macro, etc. it will fit perfectly into your nutrition plans...especially if you don't feel like cooking or just want to get out of the house for a meal. The full "Get Fit" menu is pictured below. All of these meal options include high-quality lean proteins (flat iron steak, grilled chicken breast, and fresh salmon) served on a bed of lettuce (approximately 2.5 cups) OR 4oz of broccoli and 8oz of sweet potatoes. There is no added salt or sugar and the salads are served with non-fat balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I had t

Marty takes us through the challenges of attempting to balance life, diets, fitness and setting the right example for her kids (all 5 of them). This is real life dieting, check it out... How would you classify your diet (Zone, Paleo, Flexible Dieting, Macros, etc.)? I really don't follow a specific "diet" so to speak, I would like to think I'm a pretty healthy eater, overall. Though I did (try) to watch my macros for a few months around "the Open", I was focusing on 200 carbs/175protein/55 fats...that was enlightening, and it did help me loose that last bit of baby weight. Would you say your intak

I would classify my diet as a combination of a few of the above diets. Each meal that I eat, I try to incorporate as much whole foods, unprocessed, nutrient-dense foods as possible. I have a general idea of the macros that I need each day, so I try to hit
