Snack or Side
. 3 cups chopped cauliflower
. 3 spring onions, slivered
. 2 egg whites from boiled eggs
. 30 g nuts and seeds
Steam or boil the cauliflower until it is tender, chop the egg whites, nuts/seeds of your choice, and onions. Mix in a bowl. Add a few tbsps of oil of choice (olive, walnut, sesame) for added flavor. Season with pepper to taste.
