Ok so i am new to this whole Cross fit Endurance but i am hooked. I am just haivng a hard time transitioning to this. I am a huge runner and love long distance running and love Triathlons but its so hard to do these speed work outs and feel like that i am doing the same work as i would be doing during a long distance training. Also I am doing the WOD two to three times a week, should i be doing more or what? Just need a little guidance is all. Thanks
