WODs start on the hour. It is important that you are there on time. The schedule is listed below:
Monday-Friday:
Mornings - 5AM, 6AM, 7AM, 8AM
(Noon classes will be announced on the main page)
Monday - Thursday Afternoons - 4PM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM
Friday Afternoons - 4PM, 5PM, 6 PM, (NO 7PM WODs on Fridays)
Saturday:
8AM - 11AM (Open Gym)
Sunday:
2PM - 5PM (Open Gym)
