WODs start on the hour. It is important that you are there on time. The schedule is listed below:
Monday-Friday:
Mornings - 6AM, 7AM, 8AM, 9AM
Afternoons - 4PM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM
Saturday:
8AM - 11AM (Open Gym)
