*With a running clock, spend exactly 1 minute at each station completing as many reps as possible. After the last station/minute, REST for exactly one minute. Complete 3 total rounds and score total reps completed.

For all you first timers doing this WOD, I would suggest not eating or drinking too much before this one. You'll just wind up renting it and it is going out the way it went in.
