Due to a lack of pictures of your stupid beautiful workout faces, here is an awesome video for those of you with tight hips all CFS athletes. K-Star gots mad skillz when it comes to making your body move the way it is supposed to move and we could ALL use some of that. Here is some stuff you can do at home to loosen up those hips a little bit...you never know when that might come in handy...MAGIC MIKE!




Wish I could have been there for this workout, looks like a great one.
