Todays travel WOD in France was 10,9,8,7,... ladder HSPU and Burpees. no stop watch Approximately between 8 and 9 min.

Whoever took whiteboard pics needs help...they are not centered! Especially the men's side. Type A personality kickin in and the need to poke at fellow trainers for pure entertainment.

The world isn't centered. TOTM is a prime example of that. The world, including white board pics, is a collection of +'s and -'s. As long as the sum total always equals 0, which it always does, then we're golden.
Matter can neither be created or destroyed, it only changes form. Energy can neither be created or destroyed, it only changes form. Next time I'll offset the pic the other way and our Yin will once again be Yang'n like a mo fo.
