***Complete 5 tabata rounds (20 on/10 off) of each movement counting reps completed during each "on" period. Score the lowest rep total from each movement.***
I know...I know...I've posted this video before, but the CrossFit Games are this weekend and this video sums up what that barn burner is all about better than any other I've seen.
