400m Overhead Lunge (M-45#/F-25#)
EXPLANATION: Complete 400m Overhead Lunge with prescribed plate locked overhead. Everytime the plate drops below your head or is supported by anything other than your arms, run 200m back around to the plate and continue lunging.

Glad Thursday is my rest day! That one looked rough.
