ALPHA OPTION: M-55# KB/F-35# KB and M-30" Box/F-24" Box...DO WORK!
EXPLANATION: Score total reps. Complete the first 9 rounds, after the final rest period complete the 10th(final) round with consecutive 1 minute Box Jumps and KB Thrusters.

That was about as fun as a second circumcision.....oh yeah and Nate sucks haha.
