CF Spartanburg Workout of the Day (WOD):
5 Rounds
Complete 400m Run and as many Kettlebell Swings as possible in 3 minutes.
Rest for 3 minutes.
Score the total number of Kettlebell Swings completed.
We first did this WOD at the end of May, check out "Storm in a Teacup" and compare your scores.



Tal I didn't see your score on this one but it looks like Marty and some other females dominated this one too. That's twice this week Marty has showed you up. Better watch out :)

I was informed this AM that the first girl that can do muscle ups gets a free month at the gym. Joel said he made Marty do 10 ring dips before she could go to bed last night :)
