Work up to MAX BOX JUMP
THEN
3 Rounds
500m Run
15 Burpees
Its pretty weird how your body can flip into "That's Not a Good Idea" mode over an extra inch on a box jump. Its one of those built in safety features. Override that feature and you can do some pretty awesome stuff, but always remember...its there for a reason.



Great jumping Charlene, that was AWESOME! I wonder if it would make a difference mentally if we did it the other way...stand on something (a weight etc.) and then slowly take them off??? I might try that next time.
