Alternate between Renegade Rows and Burpees working up or down the ladder until completion.

Joel sent this picture earlier today along with his "homemade vacation WOD". 3 Rounds of: 21 Propane Tank Swings (pictured), 15 Push Ups, 9 Trailer Jumps with an 800m Run for a "cooldown". Some of you are headed out of town here in the next couple of weeks...there is a CrossFit gym in almost every town, just check the main CrossFit site and see if there is one where you are headed. Worst case scenario, grown an imagination and create your own WOD...call me if you need help.
